MICRO & NANOBUBBLE SYSTEM
Micro‑ and nanobubbles are used in a wide range of applications, including oxygen enrichment, ozonation, flotation, and cleaning. BioAqua supplies Nikuni microbubble generators, which form the core of our flotation systems.
Together with our specially designed nozzles, they provide an efficient solution for separating solids and oil from water. When the nozzles are placed directly in the wastewater stream, the tiny bubbles attach to suspended particles, lifting them to the surface.
Nikuni pumps are available in a wide range of sizes, from small test units to large‑scale plants, and can be supplied in SS304 (standard), SS316, cast steel and, in selected versions, duplex stainless steel. For specialized applications, BioAqua can also integrate electro‑flocculation and other complementary treatment technologies.
Micro and nanobubbles are typically used to treat chemical and biological wastewater, to separate fats or to dissolve gases in water.
